How do I disable, enable, or delete user devices (Endpoints)?
How to disable a device
Disabling a device, will as expected, prevent it from being used for authentication purposes. If the device has been confirmed as valid, or a lost device has been found, it will need to be re-enabled.
- From the Main page, click into your desired tenant.
- From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
- In the dropdown select Mobile, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Disable.
How to enable a device
- From the Main page, click into your desired tenant.
- From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
- In the dropdown select Mobile, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Enable.
How to delete a device
It is best practice to delete a device that is unknown, or no longer in use (lost or damaged).
Deleting devices cannot be undone.
- From the Main page, click into your desired tenant.
- From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
- In the dropdown select Mobile or Desktop, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Delete.
